Do people understand what you do, when you say you’re working as a freelance translator?
I don’t have a real job. I don’t have to work more than 20 hours a week and I make significantly more money than my accountant friend who works 60 hours a week – if he’s lucky.

When we do our job properly, our reward is invisibility (and a decent cheque, of course).
